Background: Obesity is a grave public health threat, more serious even than the opioid epidemic. It isassociated with increased risk of several chronic diseases. Bariatric surgery an effective and safe techniquefor treatment morbid obesity co-morbidities related to obesity.Objective: This study aimed evaluate effect lifestyle modification module on patients’ compliancepostoperative bariatric surgery.Method: A quasi experimental design was utilized for study. purposive sample 104 patients withpostoperative who are selected according certain inclusion criteria.Results: There significant improvement in compliance post implementation lifestylemodification where pre mean score 21.04±8.07 was33.59±8.34.Conclusions: Lifestyle has positive improving postoperative surgery. demonstrates that intervention postoperativecounseling improve outcomes.
